I want to build a PC that will primarily be for video editing/rendering. I have gathered a bunch of parts and am wondering if this build looks good so far or if i should change a few things. Thank You

If it were me I would halve the memory http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31866c9d16gxm and use this video card instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n660titf3gd5oc. Then again you should wait for someone else's opinion as I don't do too much rendering however 16gb has been enough for me.
If its for a mixture of gaming and production work id consider the fx 8320 - 8350 cpus, great for gaming should perform better than the i5 3570k in multithreaded applications.
For heavy production, what youve got there is good. After effects, cinema 4d etc will greatly feel the benefit of the hyperthreaded i7
