Need Help Building First Gaming PC.(AUS)

So I am building my first gaming rig and need help so that I get the best rig for my money. I have a budget of $500-600 and I only need a case, CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM and power supply. I am looking for parts that are avaliable in Australia or that are avaliable to Australians. I am also looking into overclocking my CPU so feel free to put any overclocked parts and recommended heatsinks in your recommended build. I do not care whever the build is AMD or Intel, I would like to see both AMD and Intel options.

I used pcpartpicker.com to create a build, then changed it from there. I'm from Aus too, and haven't built my first gaming rig yet, but I found that on here, it's more helpful to start with a rough idea of what you want, then let the community have their input on what to change. 

Edit: In the list on pcpartpicker.com there are only Intel CPUs. 

Edit #2: Never mind the original Edit. I found the button that shows all the pretty CPUs.

msy is a good computer store in Australia they have mostly all the parts for a computer you will need and there really cheap as well and there in most places in Australia.

This is off topic but I think you should consider ordering from there. =)

I agree with the above poster. MSY is usually cheaper than other stores, and since it's mostly pickup at the shop no shipping costs are added.

They don't always have everything in stock though.
