Need Gpu for 4k rendering

Hi

I serach an gpu for edeting an rendering.

I want to render 4k picturen out of the cryengine sdk, I´m also using blender an 3ds max. 

In addition to that I have started to use Unrel engine 4

I only want to change my gpu, because may buget is around 200 $

actual rig:

I5 2320

Palit GTX 560ti 448 core edition

8 gb ddr3

Be quiet! Pure Power CMBQT L8-CM-530W

it dosent matter if an Amd or Nvidia card

The GTX 750ti is around $150 and the next up 760 at it's cheapest goes for $225. For AMD the Radeon R9 270X goes for about $200.
