Im going to getting a friends 780 Ti for 250 and Intel SSD 480GB for 50 = 300 for both and i was going to go and also get new power supply and CPU, MOBO, CPU Cooler and Case the only thing im keeping from my old build is the DVD Drive, RAM and WD Green HDD.
i currently have AMD 6300 FX R9 280 (not the X version) and there have been tasks like streaming and playing GTA have giving me problems. I was Streaming Mass effect and GTA san andreas at 720p i got a high encoding error and i got the same even streaming 480p i double check setting everything but anyway. As i said im getting new build and I was thinking a build like this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/hzW6FT
The main thing i want this build is to be QUIET i mean really quiet add in things i might need aswell like the noctuna adapters to slow the RPM down :) Budget isnt important but keep it to things that are necessary and no like cases at like 150 - 200.
If you wanted hyperthreading on your Xeon, you could look at the E3-1230v3. I think the biggest thing to keep quiet now is the graphics card. It might be beneficial to look at after market options for cooling the GTX 780 Ti. Otherwise, the build looks fine.
Oh, I was just recommending it for the hyper-threading capability if your work load required the extra threads. The higher clock speed would help a little.
