Need a Decent 3G tablet any help?

Hi. My grandparents want a tablet but they would like 3G capability and preferably for $550nin and latsly 10 inch minimum. Thanks in advance and any persoal experience would be nice too. >.<

Sorry im in the uk. so that dosent really help when im asking a site where the main users are all from the U.S >.< although i know there are alot of u.k.  guys here too.

Best I can think of if not Nexus 7, but that one doesnt have 3g "/

I think wait form Nexus 10, with 3G, LTE or more probably HSPA+
