Hey guys, I'm at a bit of a loss here, our phone system at work lost power and fried the CF card that holds the OS and storage for our voicemail system and auto assistant. Now it would seem simple enough to just put the files on a new CF card and plug it in, but first any idea on where to get the OS for a NEC Aspire, and second, if I am not mistaken its security coded to only boot with CF cards coded by NEC. Anyone have any thoughts?
I will have to say that getting support for a device like that may be difficult. It's proprietary in nature, much like a Cisco Call Manager.
The only support that I can see is buy going through NEC themselves, or finding support through the dealer that sold the device to you.
