Just a quick tip for those who haven't seen it. Anyone using chrome or chromium knows it doesnt use native notifications for anything.
Now it does. you just need to enable native notifications
in chrome://flags
Maybe someone can check if this is in the stable versions of chrome/chromium? Its in the dev version that im on now (v59)
Example from google music in the browser.

I just searched my chrome://flags
for native notifications and in version Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)
this flag is not present.

It must be quite new then, i hadn't noticed it a few weeks ago on stable, but i don't have that installed anymore. Keep an eye out (or install canary :P)

I will - it's from the AUR so not sure if its bleeding or leading edge to be honest.
Vivaldi Snapshot 1.9.818.3 (which is on Chromium 58.0.3029.55) doesn't have it either, so it's gotta be new.
/edit, just updated Vivaldi 1.9.818.22 / Chromium 58.0.3029.82 still not in there
