Originally I had few issues with NanoKVM, but lately I’ve experienced several:
I’ve been unable to boot a NanoKVM USB with the 1.4.0 firmware. Only flashing back to 1.3.0 brought it back to life.
The web server on it seems to crash regularly, making the Web UI unresponsive. Unfortunately this includes crashing as I was disabling ssh, so powering down the host was required to get it to run again (this was a PCI-e model)
A NanoKVM USB fried itself last week when I plugged in ethernet while it was already USB powered. I’m not sure what happened, but the (Ubiquiti) switch and the USB power adapter were plugged into adjacent sockets that share an earth connection.
