My Windows Button doesnt work

this is the problem

my windows button on my keyboard doesnt work, the top left feature on the screen doesnt work and niether does the top right function.

please do help as its causing me a great deal of stress thanks

My windows button and charms randomly stops working, I for get what I do, I think it was ALT+Tab and the feature would kick back on. I am not sure what causes it.

Thankyou for all the support but i have fixed the problem, i just recovered my pc to the day before and everything is fine.
