My site dedicated to helping people still on PowerPC Macs

http://PowerPCAccess.blogspot.com

In 2012 my only computer option was a Powerbook G4 which I picked up for about 150$ killer deal which most PowerPC Macs are. I knew that it would be very restrictive on the things I could do with it. BUT I also knew that the internet is a great place and since the PPC platform is so old that there were most likely people that have already solved many problems concerning the PPC Macs. When I first got the PowerBook it took me quite some time to get it all setup for it to be a normal computer. And I'm very keen on not wasting time. So I made PowerPC Access. A site dedicated to saving people time searching for everything PowerPC.

I know most people on these forums are PC Elitist which I have to agree, since I'm typing this on my balls to the wall gaming pc, there's no mistaking that PC is the best option for doing basically everything. BUT at one time I was without this computer, and was forced to find gaming means on that Powerbook.

So I hope this helps someone ^_^

Cool stuff, I have an old iMac G3 I got from a garage sale, slapped Debian on it, used it for an hour, then threw it right into the dumpster. But, still cool for anyone who likes old hardware and stuff man, I enjoy the site. Keep up the good work!

XD you could have turned it into a nes or something like that

Now I dont have much use for this page but its a job well done thats for sure. So much useful information on actually being able to use such antiquated hardware.

Bookmarked for later viewing as I have a Gaming-purposed G4 Quicksilver.

Nice. Good job.
