I had gotten into an argument with my little brother when I was 18, him 12. Enraged, he took my sharp iron knife that I had and sliced up my cables inside my computer. We had moved to a new country and I had none of my tools like soldering iron. As a result I borrowed some electrical tape from the neighbor and did this patch job. I don’t recall why I used screw terminals on some and the rest just taped together. I even left the ends of the electrical tape in form of triangles so that if I ever come back to it I can easily unwrap them. There were some burn marks on the wires so the power supply was on when he cut it. Thankfully I didn’t see any damage to other components.
