What is that build for, gaming in 1080p? All in all it looks a bit expensive for the gaming performance it would deliver. In Q1 2014 the hd 9000 series and the gtx 800 series will be out, so i wouldnt fixate on the 770.

A 7950 will still rock 1080p; save your money, get a smaller PSU (650W), and a 7950, so you have the room in the PSU both wattage and amperage-wise for a dual 7950 setup in the future, and enough horsepower for 1080p.
Your build is off balance.. assuming you are gaming... the i7-4770k is a great processor but is overkill for gaming, especially compared to the gtx 770... you are better off getting an AMD 8350 and a GTX 780. You would get much better gaming performance... whether its 1080p or higher.
