Go for 1866 on AMD builds for overclocking purposes, Try to go for Saphire or XFX for radeon cards, they are much higher quality and have better warranties that HIS, and I'm not a big MSI motherboard fan, I've only had bad experiences with them. Also Hyper 212 EVO is only a few bucks more than plus and will provide better cooling. Oh, and Tuniq TX-4 has better temps than AS5 but it's a little tricky to spread. Just my 2 bits on everything.

Higher Mhz RAM has little to no effect on Intel processors, but can make a decent difference on AMD processors, so go for 1866 or 2133 RAM, the CPU is excellent for an AMD build, Try to go for XFX as your brand on AMD GPU's.
