Looks pretty good man. Here are a couple recommendations if you can afford a little more:

graphics: GTX 660 (or 760 if you can wait a few months) $200-220

CPU: AMD FX 6300 $140 on newegg

These would give you a good boost in performance, especially the graphics card.

This is what I'd consider:

* CPU the best at this price.

* Mobo supports front USB 3.0 ports (I have a case below to support this).

* RAM is good and has extremely LOW PROFILE, so you don't have any clearance issues, when/if you buy an aftermarket CPU HSF.

* GPU is one of the best for the $. Performs close to a 7950!

* Case has 2 x front USB 3.0 ports and is well built for the $.

* PSU is good and should last you quite some time.

The AMD FX-6300 is only $116 amazon (thats cheaper than the FX-4350 and better performance)

The 650ti you have listed is a little expencive a extra $10 will get you a 650TI boost...the boost vershon is very close to a GTX660 and a considerable 'boost' in performance over the 650TI for only $10 more.

Every thing else is fine its well balanced

the case is nice but there are is no front usb 3 on that vershon worth noteing if you what to take advantige of your motherboards usb 3.0 header

So far I have changed the Mother Board, Storage, and Cpu.

Motherboard** | [Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard]

Storage | [Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive]

CPU | [AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor

I currently like this case even if it does not have the 3.0 headers but still i may change my mind later on.

Also I personaly really like the GPU mainly for the two fans and some of the other details and feedback.

The 650Ti is a low card to tbh here is how it stacks up with the TI boost (higher is better)

 Game compare --> http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/781?vs=782

I will think about making the change. Now that I can see the results between the two.

The GTX 660 is a significant bump higher than the boost for a little more. you can get them for less than 200 in some places.

You can download Windows 8 for 40 Bucks and install Start8 by Startdock on it instead of buying Windows 7.

Also wait a while so the prices on the GPU's drop... you'll be able to get a better deal on a 660 like in two months.

So with windows 8 I may switch to and get start is back to go with windows 8. Also what should i do inbetween now and the price drop? should i just get a cheap card like the gt 620 or something like that or somthing better for $60 dollars and down.

Please, don't buy Windows for the full price.

Where would i get it for cheap?

Also on the GTX 650 ti its overclocked before i even get it so that should boost it some more than just a reqular GTX 650 ti right?

The boost vershon has a 192-bit memory interface and a Memory Clock of 6 Gbps (is able to run in SLI x2 of them in SLI have beaten a 670)

The 650TI has a 128bit-memory interface and a Memory Clock of 5.4 Gbps (no SLI support)

Both cards have a lot of room to overclock the 650TI boost is a new card released onlt a cuple of a couple of months ago..its by far a better card for the extra $10.

But i'd go and look at Lunyone's suggestion of a bilud that has a 7870 (XT) the XT vershon of the 7870 is a watered down 7950 and will leave the 650TI/650TI boost and the 660 in the dust in performance.

GTX650ti boost sli vs GTX670 Benckmarks if your interested(it maybe woth thinking about after a year of useing a single card and finding your self needing more power) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9YMbWXn6Sw

Video Card: GIGABYTE GV-N65TBOC-2GD GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card

Im going with this video card because the 7870 is out of my price range.

I will go with the gtx 650 ti boost and try to get the money for another gtx 650 ti boost some time over the summer. Thanks for the help on the video cards.

Also on the video cards is possible for me to SLI them later on if i wanted to or do i need a different Mother board?

What motherboard are you going to use?

That mobo only supports CrossFire and not SLI

AMD mobos that support SLI (cheapest) are M5A99X EVO R2.0/ASRock 970 EXTREME4/Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 bare in mind if you what to use SLI you will need to get a psu that can power 2 cards like a 750w corsair

@Lunyone

Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case

On the case I was looking at the details and i didnt see any fans that already built into it and if there are please tell me. If there are i will use this case with this config since it is around $600 without the os and monitor. otherwise i will go with the case i have choosen.
