My New Office

Heres my setups in my new office
PS sorry if the pics seem yellowy it's a combination of the bad lighting and the tan walls

Here's the whole office section of the room and behind me in this picture is a kitchen:

Here's the main setup with my big heavy machine that I call The Tank because the thing weighs a lot:

And finally heres the secondary gaming setup where I keep my old Alienware X51 desktop as a spare machine that I use when my main desktop is rendering videos and also for a friend to use when they come over:

Here's the specs of the 2 machines:

The Tank:
Processor: Intel Core i5 4690k at stock speed 3.5ghz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with a Linus Tech Tips Noctua fan mounted to it
Motherboard: Asrock Extreme 4 z97 ATX Motherboard
RAM: 16gb 1600mhz two 4gb Crucial Ballistix RAM sticks and two 4gb Avexir Budget Series RAM stocks (All work together fine no problems)
Graphics Card: MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 950
WiFi Card: Trendnet 802.11n Dual Band WiFi card (just havn't removed it since I got ethernet)
Hard Drives: one 500gb 7200rpm WD Blue as Windows 10 64bit boot drive, one 500gb 5400rpm WD Green as Linux boot drive, and two 1tb 7200rpm storage drives one being a Seagate Barracuda drive and the other being a Toshiba p300 drive
Case: Silverstone case that has side window (can't remember what model)
Power Supply: Corsair CX-750M 750watt 80pluz Bronze
Blueray Drive: Some kind of Samsung drive
Keyboard: $25 Roswell keyboard
Mouse: $4 Fantec gaming mouse I found on amazon (still saving up
for a new mouse after my Deathadder broke)
Monitors: 2 random 1024x768 4:3 75hz displays one being Sony branded the other Envision branded, and my main monitor is a 1680x1050 16:10 60hz 5ms Acer x203w display

Alienware x51 late 2012 early 2013 model that I had since before I started building computers but is still a fairly nice machine:
Processor: Intel Core i3 3220 3.3ghz
Motherboard: Dell ITX motherboard
RAM: 6gb one 4gb stick, and one 2gb stick both are ram that came with the machine from Dell
Graphics Card: OEM Nvidia Geforce GTX 645 with 1gb of vram
Hard Drive: 1tb 7200rpm Seagate Barracuda hard drive
Power Supply: A proprietary 240watt oversized laptop power brick because Dell can't be bothered to put a internal power supply
Monitor: 1080p 16:9 60hz TV that is running at 720p because if I put it in 1080p it has some bad overscan and the picture quality goes wierd
Keyboard: Generic Alienware keyboard
Mouse: Very worn out and still working 4 year old Razor Diamondback 3g mouse

Possible upgrades I'm thinking of:
The Tank: 8gb RX 480
Alienware X51: 330 watt external power brick from Dell and a 4gb RX 480

Also I'm planning to add a few new posters and decorations to the office and also I'm planning on replacing the wooden chair with another wheeled chair

I am not fond of that flooring and the wooden chair. Just sayin'.

I like the setup. I like how clean it looks. No trillion things on the tables, etc. My favorite part in the entire office, besides being next to the kitchen is this:

Wow... Just wow... Are you kidding me? Is that thing for real? Noctua really brand their fans with the name of that pice of sh...

O wow, this is true... Noctua what the f?

if you read the text at the bottom of the bost I said "Also I'm planning to add a few new posters and decorations to the office and also I'm planning on replacing the wooden chair with another wheeled chair"

LOL I only bought the fans because they were black and they were the only black noctua fans that were not those high RPM ones

Why the Linus hate?

The topic is not about that, is it?

@SuperShermanTanker, what do you use this office for?

Alright, but you brought it up. I was just curious because I watch him sometimes and am always open to criticisms of people I learn from.

OFF TOPIC RANT:
My main issue with him is his arrogance.
He always claim impartiality, and never shown it at all. Always cry poverty and buys a house. Moves from Youtube, that basically made him who he is, because "i really need the money guyz"... And he never accepts his mistakes. I was a big fan of his channel. I used to watch everything he produces. And then, after he was releasing atleast one video a day, with millions of views, moved to vessel to make more money, having all his sponsors and deals and what not, he had the audacity to ask the viewers for donations to be able to move from his current office to a new office?
TS also have patrion and ask the community for donations, but TS don't have a few million views every day and a few different channels and don't have sponsored videos, etc... And most importantly, TS are not that arrogant...
I cannot stand arrogance. Not Linus, nor Jayz... I can't stand arrogance

I get how you feel, but Linus has hired on a pretty big team. Even with millions of views (especially since ad-block is making it harder than ever to profit off of advertisements) it would be hard to support that many people. If people want to pay him to make more content, then that's their paycheck. His production value has definitely gone up over the years, so I can see that the money is being used somewhat well. I know he doesn't really go into much technical detail about anything (with the exception of techquickie) but I'm definitely behind anyone that brings technology to the masses.

Sorry to derail the conversation, OP. That's a pretty sweet setup. Doesn't that screw with your head a bit, looking back and forth between monitors with different resolutions?
