Take a look at MSI X670E Ace/Godlike. They support three PCIE 5.0 slots in 16/0/4 or 8/8/4 configuration. The remaining PCIE 5.0 x4 lanes from the CPU are used by a single M.2; all other M.2 use chipset lanes (PCIE 4.0). No ECC support, unfortunately.
With X870E, the USB4 mandate means x4 PCIE 5.0 lanes are consumed by the Asmedia controller running at PCIE 4.0 speed.

I had looked at that board precisely for the PCIe slot configuration two years ago. I had to chuckle at the “god-like” moniker too for the omission of ECC when two of its competitors had it. You don’t give it a name like that unless you dominate in absolutely every category for the market.
