MY i5-3570k and memory

So I have a i5-3570k, ASRock z77 extreme 6, 850w PSU, and 2133 2x4 gb RAM.

I have recently learned that my i5 only support 1600 mHz and i was wondering if there was a way to overclock the cpu to run the RAM at it full pptential. I have not overclocked anything before but i know how to over clock certain things. What is it I would need to do or is it possible to run my RAM at its full potetial. And what after market cooler would you recomend, (h60 or like a coolermast v6?) my case is a rosewill thor v2 so i have alot of room.

Thank you.

if they ram is rated at 2133 all you have to do is go into the bios and change the Speed of the ram or enable the XMP profile and it will work at 2133,

as for aftermarket coolers, get a decent air cooler, closed loop coolers like the H60 arent worth the money for the performance they give you.

but wouldn't i have to up the voltage of the cpu so that it could handle the 2133?

No, the only thing you might have to fiddle with is the memory controller.

ok thanks i will try that
