My HDD isn't showing up

I have a Kingston SSD that I installed Windows on, and I plugged in my Toshiba 1tb HDD afterwards.

The problem is, the HDD shows up on the devices, but not on my computer.

I plugged in my HDD after installing windows on my ssd, and it works and shows up on the bios and device manager, but doesn't show up on My Computer.

Format the drive, NTFS.
