Tried to fit everything into my budget with some cheaper yet I think still quality items. Decent?

Good choice on the EVGA card. It looks like a good solid build to me.

With the 4770k and Intel's new 1150 socket, you'll be able to upgrade for a while instead of having to build a new one every 2 years.
