My frank-in nas server build?

i need some advice an thoughts on my suggested build

RAID 6 nvme frank-in server - with 10gb network connect

i own the cpu,mobo,psu,case,case fans, 6 of the 14 stated 1tb nvmes & nvme combo card
the rest id buy in chunks of 300$ id also add a external blu-ray drive for direct 4k & bd disc

ripping to drive iv got a spare ups back-up with extended battery cell for power fails the
can handle 30mins at laod on my older rig that ran with a 6650xt + 5600g so i figure that

it could easily handle the suggested new builds load for a safe shut down after quick tack
finishing ie file back-up an or rip & render two biggy questions

1. will using the 4 x pci card an stated drives work in a raid 6 config

2. taking question 1 into account which nas os (TRUENAS CORE OR SCALE) OR (Proxmox)
   will allow a raid 6 config while running makemkv & handbrake
   (for disc back-up & convert & compress) & plex for my nvidia shield streamingin either a VM

   or DOCKER of some kind if not just a os like pop-os vi a vm i just want to know how an if these
   things can be done please don’t give my crap about my gear choices , as stated i own half the

   gear an would just want to add to it an according to a raid calculator 14 x 1tb drives gives my 12tb
   of space which is plenty iv got currently a combined total of 6.5ish tb of ripped an backed up content

   that took about 5 years to reach so 12tb’s is plenty of breathing room to be clear i dont care to upgrade
   from what i have just add on to what iv got.
