My First PC Build, help?

Is it any good? I don't know much about building a PC, so I might have gone overboard with some of the parts, or maybe some of the parts are nowhere near good enough. Do I need to upgrade anything? Also, I'd really like to knock off about $100 or so to put it more in my price range. Is there anything I could downgrade without suffering from bad performance?

The games I want to play are Magic the Gathering: DotP 2013, Skyrim, maybe Call of Duty and other games that I find. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

actually, not bad.... swap to a z77 mobo, and get the 3570k....

Could you explain why? Is the mobo and CPU I chose not good enough to do what I want? I was actually hoping that I could downgrade them to save some money rather than upgrade. I don't need a beast setup, just something that is decent/average, but definitely not bad.
