I need you to tell me if the motherboard will run the R9 270x 4gb Graphic's Card

And will the 500watt pwr work?

^^ that's a perfect build IMO. You can change a few things around. You could go 270/270x and go 8320/8350, or grab windows for free and get an really nice motherboard, like a m5a99fx pro r 2.0, or a ud3. Yup that power supply is more than enough and that mobo is definitely compatible :).
