My first official PC Build

I've been working for a few months on getting parts for my first official PC Build, and I'm really excited about it. I've been watching videos on youtube made by both Tek_Syndicate and Carey Holzman (I quite like Carey's build videos, he takes a little longer to explain everything for newbies but he is so thorough that you really can't go wrong - plus he tells some good stories in the midst of his builds lol) and thanks to Carey, I've been quite keen to build my own for a long time.

I've finally got the majority of my parts, but it costs a little more here in Australia than I'm willing to admit, so it's taken me the better part of 6 months to get the following parts.

~~~
Asus ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z
AMD FX-8350
Corsair H110 closed loop CPU cooler
16GB G Skill RipJaws Z 2133mHz (2x8GB)
Be Quiet! Silent Base 800 (black)
Be Quiet! Straight Power 10 800W (Semi-Modular)
Be Quiet! Silent Wings 2 140mm (2 to swap onto CPU cooler, one extra for case)
LG Blu-Ray Burner
Samsung 850 EVO 120GB (x2, for RAID 0)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit (Because I've got no clue how to use Linux yet, but it IS a plan)
~~~

Among all that, I've also got myself a new mousepad and a Sapphire HD5450 1GB gfx card - but the gfx card is literally the cheapest one I could find - I plan on moving to one of AMD's R9-300 range as soon as I can afford one (most likely Sapphire).

I'm also planning on getting another large SSD for storage, but not configure it as a RAID drive - and as much as I know a HDD will do me fine, this build is something I'd like to trry keep as quiet as possible, HDD's are not really my priority yet ^_^

All up it's cost me just under $2,200 AUD (roughly $1,500 - $1,600 American dollars) and I'm allowing for a rather pricey graphics card.

I know there's many people who will say "Intel is better" - that's fine guys, I'll admit Intel's chips are better at this point in time - but I've been using AMD for the past few years and I've been extremely happy. Currently got an FX-8120 @ 4.0gHz and I've literally not had a single problem - I love it - plus I can't afford the Intel based system right now - I've been buying these parts since December lol.

I'd love to get some feedback on this build from others who have built systems before, especially people who have overclocked AMD's chips before (I plan on OC'ing this chip but have not actually tried it before, though I've seen guides etc - It's probably better getting advice here from people in a community that are passionate about this sort of thing).

Let me know what you all think ^_^

Cheers!
