My first build, part list and questions

hey fokes,

i'm new here ( been leaching a while now) and i'm thinking of building a pc, and i wanted to hear what you guys think about the parts and i'm doubting between some stuff.

AMD A10-6800K BLACK EDITION

BE QUIET! SHADOW ROCK PRO SR1

ram ( can't choose)
KINGSTON HYPERX GENESIS 4 GB DIMM DDR3-1600
2 times KINGSTON HYPERX BEAST XMP 8 GB DIMM DDR3-2400 (double the price of the genesis, is it worth it?)

powersuply
CORSAIR BUILDER CX430

optical drive
SAMSUNG DVD-WRITER SH-224DB

graphics card ( i can't choose wich one, radeon is 10 euro's cheaper)
SAPPHIRE R7 250 1GB GDDR5 BOOST

how does this look? are there any parts that i might want to reconsider? and is the hyperx beast worth paying the extra price for? and what about the graphics cards? what is the better one?

For RAM get the single 8GB DIMM. It's easier to upgrade later on.

And for a graphics card find an AMD R7 260X or a 7770. They're not that much more expensive but perform quite a bit better than an R7 250.

What is your budget and where are you located?

my budget is about 700 euro's,
i'm from belgium.

i'm probably gonna get an pc from someone who doesn't use it anymore, so i can wait to get a new case, i don't gotte buy an optical drive and power supply so this is good news budget wise

 ps: i'm not planning on overclocking anything
