Here is my first attempt at a gaming rig. I have been learning about computers over the last year. I can rebuild a car ground up but i knew jack about computers. So over the past few months here is what i have done.
It seems to me that you might be pushing your PSU a bit much. I haven't done any real research but running Dual GPU's with a power hungry CPU might be pushing it.
Don't worry about it. HD7770 are not power hungry it will be fine. The only thing i would say is I don't understand the Crossfire. As someone that is coming off a crossfire rig I have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth for them. I had more headache's than joy because I am super sensitive to stutter. If you got a great deal I understand. If it were me I would have taken that money and just get a better single card.
Thanks for the comment! I never played with crossfire before so i guess i wanted to give it a shot. As for the cars, I had bought one last year at discount and felt that in the future if I had more money I would buy a second one witch ended up happening. So we will see how things goes. Right now i am just having a hard time trying to make it work with GTA IV lol.
