My first AIO

Hey all, so I ended up buying my first AIO liquid cooler. It's the older Corsair H55, which I decided on because it was on sale for about $60 CAD. Everything else I was looking at was over $100. While the H55 is a bit low end as far as liquid cooling goes, I'm still getting much lower max temps than my EVO212. Idle temps are about the same as the EVO at 35C (Air temp is very hot right now) but max temps have come down from 75C to around 60C.

I have a couple questions about the AIO though. First, since the pump is plugged into a fan header, what "RPM" should I set that header to? Should it have a normal fan curve based on temps, or should I set it to constant or max all the time? Currently I have compromised by keeping it at a constant 80%.

Second, does anyone know how I can find out what screw / thread size the radiator uses so that I can get some more screws?

the whole point of an aio is to run a quiet fan. i dont like blasting my fans this is why i watercool.

Are you saying I should keep the pump running at a lower speed?

Check the manual, some AIOs require the pump to be full speed all the time and you can set up fan profiles based on temperature.

The manual is extremely vague and barely told me how to install it let alone pump speeds. I did manage to contact corsair though and they told me to keep the pump speed at 100%.

Then do as the manufacturer says. My H110i stays at full speed with no issues, can't hear it but I do have older ears. I just run a custom fan curve.

Yea I am, I hadn't got a hold of Corsair when I posted this thread. Thanks for your help though :-) No noise for me either, I know it's a thin radiator but I still did push-pull and it allows every fan in my system to run super slow and still keep temps down. Makes everything real quiet.
