personaly i would change the AMD proccessor to a i5 3570k or a 2500k but thats money and money doesnt grow on trees. so if you want amd spend maybe 20-30 more on the FX series should see a bit more of a performance increase also a little bit of future proofing. but that GPU will run nice and the rest seems to be spot on :)

I agree with woolanator get an i5 3570k because there's no price difference between 3570k and 2500k and the 3570k is just a teeny tiny bit better :)
