Hello.. My dad has an Samsung G XCover 2 and he can't open his photos folder because it says that he only has 20 MB left.. He has a 8 Gigs SD card in it, but it won't save the photos to it, even tho his camera settings it set to do so.. What do we do here? He needs his phone camera for work..
The phone uploads fine to dropbox
Thanks
Hmmmm.... ill dig my old one up when i get home and have an explore, see if i can figure it out.... in the meantime, if he hooks it up to a pc/laptop, he should be able to manually move the files that way, either into the SD card or just onto the computer.... he should still be able to access them in the phones gallery if he moves them onto the SD card that way....
bro, if you cant take pics cause there's no space for more pictures. the phone is telling him there's only 20mb left. you need to make space by deleting those pic or whatever files are on there that are taking up space.
If the SD card on the camera is full without it having any photos on it, you might have to just format the SD card on the camera. Just search up how to format your camera on Google. Hopefully this helps. :)
It's says that it's empty
I'm not sure sprry. When you say it is empty do you mean that you have no pictures on the SD card or that the SD hasn't got any data on it. The only thing I can think of is to format the card but that might not be the case. Sorry for the late reply and that I couldn't be anymore help.
I mean that the phone tells me that it's empty.. When i go into ''storage'' in the settings menu it says the card cas 10 mb used of 8 gigs
