My comp LEDS's started to flicker

well some of my case LED'S started to blink. then front one can shut off for a while but it starts flickering again. I also bought som extra lights in those neat cords from NZXT, kinda like christmas lights. Is this due to a shortage of power here or something else? heres the specs if it helps...

intel i5 3570 (no oc)

MSI gtx 660 ti (no oc)

corsair vengeance 8 GB 1600 mhz (no oc)

western digital cavaiar blue 1TB 7200 rpm

nzxt guardian rb case

and 4 case fans. stock intel cpu cooler.

oh crap forgot the psu. modXstreampro 80 plus cert. 700w

thats like the most important detail...

Check your Mobo connections for the front panel and make sure they arent to loose or falling out (and connected as the power led and not the HDD indicator ect...),and if not it might just be bad wiring.

i doubt the LED is dying because theyre really tough, shouldnt be the psu either so id just double check all your connections just to see if something isnt loose or anything like that.
