Is that an order?
One thing I would change is to drop the cooler and get 8GB of memory. You will have a stock cooler that will work well enough.
well, to start off you can't have a pc without a hard drive...
also, for £2 more, i put in dual channel ram. tends to do better than a single stick and also set at 1600 MHz not 1333 MHz

I would go single stick because he can upgrade in the future. Also, for a cpu cooler, I would get a Hyper 212 evo (or hyper 212 plus).
Why not can't I just install Windows 7 with a usb?
When you're not planning to overclock your CPU i would say drop the Cpu Cooler and buy 2x4 GB of ram
Also every computer needs a Hard drive so you might wanna get one to :) for gaming 1 tb will do fine to start with
Probably could find a higher quality PSU for less money. Look for evga 500b, its good quality and should be cheaper.
Sure, you can install Windows 7 with a USB. Where will you install it TO, though?
+1
Wops sorry thought you said cd drive (faceplam) I have a 500 gb hardrive lying around. So will it work or I'll need drivers?

BF4 and Cod: Ghosts will need 6 gb of ram, and the ram speed improves performance in BF4
Basically did what most people suggested. Dropped the cooler and got a 2x4gb ram kit.
And a psu that is a bit better.
