I have a Gigabyte windforce 770 4gb and The FPS i get just seems to low. I have to run all my games on the lowest settings possible to just get decent FPS(40-60).
If people would like, i could try showing bench marks of games to show my settings and FPS.
PC Specs.
AMD 6350
Noctua cooler
8GB 1600mhz Gskill RipjawzX
Gigabyte gtx 770 4gb
EVGA Super nova 650 watt psu
MSI 970a-G43
Kingston hyper x 128 gb SSD
2x WD 1T blue HDD
Tomorrow I'll get my avg fps in games and post them.
The only thing I can see so far is this:
MSI 970a-G43
FX-6350 is a 125w TDP part. You might want to check and see how hot the power delivery on the motherboard is, as the G43 is a very low quality motherboard. If the motherboard's power delivery gets too hot, it could possibly be restricting the CPU. If you can, give us GPU and CPU temps, and if that board has temperature readings, it would be helpful.

Realtemp
GPU-z
CPU-z can be used to see if your FX-6350 is running slower than it should be.
Could also possibly be the PSU. A bunch of 20A rails. May not be getting enough power? IDK though.
I agree though with Some Tech Noob. That motherboard is crap and could be strangling everything. Check those temperatures.
Also when you are gaming what clock speeds and temps are the GPU and CPU running at? What is the GPU and CPU usage as well?
Well, usually when a +12V rail hits that 20A(or higher, usually higher), it does a complete shutdown and reboot.
My settings i ran Unigine :http://puu.sh/aCQsj.jpg
About 5 mins into the benchmark with no rain: http://puu.sh/aCPFx.jpg

I also thought it mite be my motherboard, but it was all i could get at the time. But now I can upgrade, I just haven't gotten around to doing it. If it really if holding my FPS back in games though, I'll definitely upgrade right away.
If you want in game FPS as well, I'll get some of that. Thank you for the help.
