Hey does any one know if I will see a real performance difference in DAW's and Native Instruments software with these CPU's

You are not only comparing hyper threading vs none, but you are comparing an old to new generation. If you have the 3570 to begin with you should be fine, but if you have to choose, get the 4770 (but I'd recommend the 4790k). I'm sure that in content creation that you will benefit from hyperthreading on the 4770. Unless you have more to say, I'd highly recommend you move this to the CPU side of the forum rather than build a PC.
