Music Software

I've used iTunes for years and years, all the way back in the day when I was an Apple fanboy. iTunes now just plain sucks and I want to switch over to foobar but I do still want to keep using my iPod. Is there a way to use Foobar instead of using iTunes for iPod usage, because I really just want to get rid of iTunes completely???

Ditch your iPod; that device is the source of compatibility issues with many music players and standards. I personally think any Android phone running Vanilla Music player is much better than any iPod.

Foobar does have an iPod manager addon, but it's old, and (probably) abandoned, but should work with the older iPods. You can check compatibility here:

Really? Then how did Logan managed to do it with his iPod?

With the same exact plug-in I just linked to, which was last updated June 2011.

Sweet I'll give it a try. I'd use my Android phone but I'm too cheap to buy a bigger card for it.
