Music player help?

I need a good free music player, for windows... One with lots of settings preferably, but also one with some good visual effects / visualizations. We have a massive media system in our main room and when having a party, we connect a laptop to it to play the music. So we want a player that will display the currently playing song and look cool at the same time.

Well foobar has loads of settings and that but looks kinda 90s what I would suggest would be an old verson of zune for windows as it has a beautiful layout andcan edit mp3 tags and that.
