MSI Z97 Gaming 3?

I'm thinking of building my first PC soon, and depending on what my budget finally ends up at, I might go with an i5-4690k. I've been doing a bit of looking around at motherboards and came across MSI's Z97 Gaming lineup and fell in love with the aesthetics. My question is this: Is there any reason why I shouldn't seriously consider the Gaming 3?  Would I want to go a little out of my way and spend $10 extra on the Gaming 5, or is the only upside to that being able to SLI (which I don't plan on doing)? Or should I just go with a cheaper board, like one of the cheaper Gigabyte or ASRock ones, for instance? Thanks for any and all feedback, it is appreciated.

The Gaming 5 should theoretically have better CPU overclocking since there are more power phases for the CPU.  However, if you're only doing mild overclocks, and not planning to SLI, there's nothing wrong with the Z97 Gaming 3.
