MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming (One Issue)

So I've had this MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming Motherboard sitting in its box for awhile now. I ordered from Newegg along with a i7-3770 to replace my Phenom X6 1090t. Sadly though, through some odd series of events, one of my family members accidentely threw away my i7. I didn't have the money to buy a new on and the motherboard has just been sitting in its box.

From Newegg I recieved it with one bent pin and decided to RMA it. They told me on the phone it would be fine and I would recieve a new one within the next few weeks. I ended up getting the same motherboard back with a message reading that I couldn't RMA something that had damage does by the user even though it came that way when I recieved it.

I don't really know what to do with it now. I can't verify it's condition due to the lack of an Intel CPU and the fact that the pins are bent.

I'm baasically asking if there's any interest in this or how to fix it myself and then sell it?

Thanks in advance.

Well, the bent pins are a bit more than a small issue.

Willing to sell it for parts? I've been wanting to build my own motherboard :)

It only has a single pin bent which is what I found odd. But I'd sell it for parts depending on the price.

Well, it retails new for about $120 to $135. What are you willing to part with it for?

I'd do $60 with shipping cost falling on my side.
