Really no brainer, Msi 7950 Twin Frozr is, in my opinion, the best 7950 there is...

Id go Sapphire Vapour-X those cards are ghreat and overclock well, if you want a slightly cheaper but cooler 7950 take a look at the Gigabyte Windforce 3x, it and the Sapphire are the two 7950's i always reccommend.
