MSI R7870 HD Audio won't go away :(

I have a dedicated sound card so I use that. However when I disable the HD Audio Device and then disable the High Definition Audio Controller the HD Audio Device goes away but upon a restart it is back however it is disabled.

How do I stop both from showing up? First image shows the High Definition Audio Controller disabled and the HD Audio Device is not showing under Sound, video, and game controllers. Second photo shows both devices with the HD Audio Device disabled and the High Definition Audio Controller enabled.

just set the dedicated card to default device, and you won't have problems

i had a similar thing happen to me, i use audioswitch to change devices on the fly, works quite well.
