MSI or Gigabyte?

I want to build a pretty cheap gaming pc, and with RAM of 4x8GB i dont know what motherboard to choose:

MSI H61M-P20 (G3)

or

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX  AM3+

wich one is better in terms of speed and buildquality?

or do you guys prefer a another motherboard?

one is for an intel cpu the other is for an amd. You shouldent be comparing them.
