Ok so i want to buy a i5 3570K but i need a new mobo too since atm i have a AMD build, which board should i go with? I will also be doing very little OCing if any.

well i want to get rid of my amd build for this Intel CPU and mobo. but atm i have a AMD Athlon II X4 640
well it depends on what your doing with your pc and what the rest of the specs of it is, that determines whether you need to upgrade or not?.
but i would go with the asrock option as it has extra usb ports and a optical out for audio, which for onboard audio is just boss. it has the edge in features. other than that both boards are nearly identical in specs
I never go with ASRock but in this case I would have to. More options for less money. Really any mobo would do you good if you were not going to overclock and not going to be doing anything crazy.
