MSI MEG X670E ACE USB Type-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode Linux

Hi,
I’m thinking about buying the MSI MEG X670E, besides the Godlike, the ACE is the only X670e board that supports 8x8x4 PCIe from the CPU.
The only uncertainty I have is that board does not have HDMI or an Displayport out, instead there is the option DisplayPort Alternate Mode via USB-C.

My main monitor is an LG C1 48", so it would be optimal if HDMI 4k works at 120Hz with Linux, can anyone comment on this?
