Msi afterburner on linux?

i am using ubuntu and my gpu fans are at 100%.... i dont know how to change it. Is there a way i can control my gpu fans and clock speeds on linux? thanks

There will never be a linux port of MSI afterburner.

Both Nvidia and AMD proprietary drivers in linux have overclocking utilities - Nvidia-Settings and AMDconfig.

Nvidia-Settings overclocking utility will work on most cards up till the last four generations, so anything older will need the "CoolBits" "1" addition to your device config in xorg.conf.
AMDconfig is a command line utility where you can easily enable overclocking and set your clocks or restore your defaults etc.

Don't even bother with open source options if you have a newer video card because most OSS will not detect your hardware properly and could even cook your GPU.
