Msi 870-g45 Motherboard failing?

Is there anything reliable at or under 120$; if not, it's not a big deal

Is the Asus M5A97 R2.0 good for overclocking, if it works that is a great price.

Well you can do some overclocking on it, but ofc not mindblowing numbers, because it has only a 4+2 powerphase, but it would defanetly be better then your old msi thats for sure.

If You could find a Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 6+2 powerphase and digi vrm, somewhere, then that would be a great buy. but outside europe it seems everywhere to be out of stock.

$125 rediculous price

I found one on newegg for 95$, I also found the asus m5ga99x evo 2.0 for 120 $ on newegg as well, does it make sence to spend anothe 25$ for it.

sorry for my late ansewr, it does a bit depending on your needs, if you never plan to go on multiple gpu setups, then you fine with the Asus M5A97 evo R2.0.

I will upgrade my graphics card eventualy, and I think I will want a dual gpu config instead of trying to sell my gtx 560 and buying something faster.  The m5a99x pro 2.0 will fit my needs as bit better.

deffanetly the Asus M5A99FX pro R2.0 then ☺
