MSI 780ti or Asus 780ti DCU2, i'm in a dilemma

please help me pick one , i'm not sure which to choose :)

MSI GeForce GTX 780 Ti Gaming or ASUS GeForce GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II OC

depends on the price but i usually go for the cheaper one since its the same chip. If money is not the problem buy asus

If it'd the MSI Gaming and not the lightning card, I'd 100% go for the MSI because TF4 cooler is, in my opinion, heads and tails above DCU2.
