mSATA + HDD vs SSD?

Alright so I'm pretty far into my search for laptops and upon the customization I hit a wall.

250GB Samsung 840 EVO Series mSATA SSD vs 256GB Crucial M550 mSATA SSD

- Samsung 840 EVO has a faster read time vs the Crucial M550 with a significantly faster write time -

1. Which is more important for mSATA drives, read or write?

2. mSATA + HDD or SSD/Free mSATA?

Option A)

The Better mSATA +85/95 Depending

Option B)

Any help would be great! Thanks =)

For a typical user faster read speeds will be more beneficial.

So what would the point be in having a faster write speed? What processes or things would I be doing to need a fast write speed?

If you happen to need to store a whole lot of data quickly (i.e. data server).
