And the issue with the Highlighted text, is?
If a company needs to install on multiple machines, there are discounted licenses to do so.
There are some EULAs with which I do not agree but, from the highlighted text, this seems like a pretty standard one. I think the fact that it is so easy to make copies of digital products most people think it is completely okay.
Solely focused on the highlighted text, I don't really see much of a problem with those areas of the EULA I'd have to say as well that it seems pretty standard. It's just a little more uptight so to speak, due to the fact that people will go ahead and copy the software onto a disc and distribute it on a small scale to friends or family thinking that it’s perfectly fine, and this is something that they want to prevent.
