Mozilla OS and Apple's "Slide to Unlock" patent

I was trying out the Mozilla OS simulator, and I wondered if mozilla was "infringing" on Apple's famous slide to unlock patent.

Its not that similar to iOS' version, but I am not sure of the specifics of the patent.
Anyone know how far the patent goes?
