Moving Intel RST RAID0 to a new machine

Hello,

So I have about 4 HDDs in RAID0 on my Windows 7 PC using the Intel RST service as the software raid solution. I am using software RAID becuase my motherboard can't handle drives larger than 2tb for harware RAID.

I am building a new PC which will run Windows 10 with new componenets everywhere except for the HDDs. If I hookup the four drives to the new PC and instal the intel RST service, will my RAID0 array work as it did in the previous computer? OR, do i need to just back everything up, remake the RAID array in the new computer (therby deleting everything) and then copying it all back?

Any help or tips on the matter would be much appreciated.

Best and thanks,

You may have to rebuild the RAID 0.
