Movie Short Help - Royalty Free Music Help

Hello, I'm currently working on a short as a side-project of mine. But, for a part of the short, I put in the following song which I thought I would be able to secure rights too:

But, alas, the rights couldn't be secured without paying a hefty amount of money. So, essentially, if someone could give me suggestion of a tune that's in the same tempo/style. Basically, this tune conveyed exactly the emotions I wanted to convey. But, I rather use assets I have the right to use. So, anyone have any suggestions - it needs to be royalty free, or at least allow to use in non-commercial contexts?

For non-commercial purposes? Depends on where you are showing it. If its put on the web, it should have royalty-free music. If its on a flashdrive, use whatever you want. Good places to find music are the Newgrounds Audio Portal or Free Play Music. Hope you find what you are looking for! Good luck with your project. :)
