Mouse for Counter Strike (competitive FPS)

So unfortunately, my new 1000hz mouse is not anywhere near 1000hz, it polls at 125hz which explains why it is no better than my shitty one I had before.

I have up to 30 pounds (UK GBP) to spend on a much better mouse, really I need a sensor that has the smallest acceleration or none and at least 500hz polling.

Please help me :(

I found this.. unsure of the seller but ....

Logitech G402 or G502? Not everyone's favorite mice due to the ergonomics, but a damn good mouse indeed.

if you are looking for as little acceleration as possible then you are probably going to want an optical mouse.

what mouse are you currently looking to replace?

I use a Thermaltake Talon for CS and its the best mouse I could find for $20. It has omron switches, 3.5m/s tracking at 500hz and 500dpi(sensor adns3050).
My only complaint is I had to take some sandpaper and file down the rubber parts by the mouse feet, but you can also just remove the sides. Other wise when you pick up the mouse it kind of catches on the mouse pad. If you are a high sens player it won't really bother you though.

Ive never heard of that one. I just took a quick look at amazon uk prices and it looks like most are above your budget. The ones that aren't I don't have any experience with outside of a cheap little roccat lua I picked up as a temp/backup mouse that is to my tastes too small for daily use.

I bought this...

All these technical specs are nothing but marketing gimmicks. There's 7200dpi mice way worse than my old 1600dpi razer diamondback (which still works, I wonder if razer still makes quality products).

I have a steelseries kana v2, today's equivalent is 'rival' or the sensei if you like palm grip. I like it because it's the same grip feel as the diamondback and it's very light. I was LEM in csgo and played tens of FPS games and rts sort of competitively and I can tell you it's not the gear it's how you play, you can get used to an office mouse if you practice enough, although it's a really bad idea. Don't spend more than 60 pounds on a mouse is a good rule, the sensors are all cheap chinese (good stuff tho) and the same, you're just paying the brand name.
